All right, Lets Jump right into this guide Starting with Skills followed by Stat Distribution.
First off lets start by Clarifying which skills i chose
Anti-Mage Tree-------------------------------------------------------------------------Nature Tree
1/5 Fire arrow--------------------1/5 Double shot----------------1/5 Anti-Magic Shield ---------------5/5 Elven Swiftness-------
1/5 Paralyzing shot ---------------1/5 Trailing arrow -------------5/5 Fortune's Kiss-------------------1/5 Oak's Blessing---------
1/5 Improved Fire arrow-----------1/5 Improved Double Shot -----1/5 Void's Edge----------------------1/5 Quick heal------------
1/5 Strong shot-------------------5/5 Rain of Arrows-------------1/5 Silencing Strike------------------1/5 Tidal Arrow-----------
1/5 Improved Paralyzing shot-------------------------------------1/5 Improved Anti-Magic Shield-------1/5 Barkskin--------------
1/5 Master Fire Arrow--------------------------------------------1/5 Tether Trap---------------------1/5 Improved Oak's Blessing
-----------------------------------------------------------------1/5 Mana Spring-----------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------------5/5 Tidal Rush-------------------------------------------------
Second, Lets go over why these are great choices.. Not including skills needed to get the Important ones.
•Improved Fire Arrow: Low cooldown and Decent damage.
•Strong Shot: Excellent Damage 3 second channel Made even stronger if used immediately after Paralying shot
•Improved Paralyzing Shot: I cannot stress enough how AMAZING the PDEF reduction of this skill is, not to mention its High Damage on top of it.
•Trailing Arrow: Great Damage on a low cooldown, also useful for Hitting Rouges out of stealth.. it is a MUST HAVE 1/5 for all AM ranger builds.
•Improved Double shot: Minor Burst damage on a very low cooldown.
•Fortune's Kiss: As a ranger dealing high damage is expected, the 10 bonus luck from 5/5 is an easy way to make you Lucky strike Very often.
•Void's Edge: While this skill isn't the best it is helpful in Interupting Ice mages Blizzard, Preists Heals, and other Anti-Mage rangers Strong shot which is Important.
•Natures Swiftness: What can i say? Fast attack combined with a Naturally High Damage and you will be a force to be reckoned with, The Movement speed is also important in Kiting those Pesky Knights and Rouges
•Quickheal: The Clutch of this Hybrid build, it is what makes Solo PvP and Solo Dungeons Possible an Amazing heal Even with a low magic attack as an Anti-Mage ranger
•Tidal Arrow: Knockback those Kights and Rouges for an even Easier time Kiting them.
•Barkskin: Although it has a 3 minute Cooldown, It is an important skill to this build because 6% of Max health everytime you take damage could very easily Add up to a lot of HP regain
•Improved Oak's Blessing: Another Amazing heal, 429HP PER SECOND, that just under the amount you get from a lvl 60 Healing Potion!
Now a Slight alteration to this build if you are looking for an even Better time Kiting people is to go 1/5 Improved Paralyzing Shot and Drop Void's Edge, and pick up 1/5 Magic arrow and 1/5 Ankle shot.
Stat point Distribution
As antimage the only Stat you need is Strength, Agility is a waste Due to the Naturally High Luck Rangers get out of Skills and Gear

GEAR
This is the gear i'm using currently and i know this gear takes a while to get. BUT In my opnion the Savage/slayer set is a really amazing for Rangers due to the fact that it gives both STR and INT, which you dont get on some of the other sets.
The +INT helps your magic attack the the effectiveness of your Quickheal which is important in both PvP and Dungeons.
The Insignia is a Must have, at least one with the effect "Rage Explosion" Even though it has a 30 minute cooldown, it is a really good burst in PvP if you need to Kill someone quickly as in a 2v1 or something like that.
Heart of Eden for the offhand.
As for the Sockets In the Savage/Slayer Gear to unlock each socket requires:
•1st slot = 1 Greater Socketing Rod
•2nd slot = 4 Greater Socketing Rods
•3rd slot = 16 Greater Socketing Rods
•4th slot = 64 Greater Socketing Rods
•5th slot = 80 Greater Socketing Rods
The Gems.
I chose these gems because these gems all have a Place, i would recommend the same BUT instead of Health in the Helmet you could add DEF gems instead, because a High Defense is always Preferable to a low one. But as its set up i can socket HP PDEF and MDEF with this set up and.
For the Gloves i Recommend PATK, however, if you want a greater quick heal socket in MATK gems instead.
And lastly, for your Weapon, if it isnt PATK gems then you are doing it wrong.
SOUL
OK now here is my soul.. its not that far in but its focusing on the key points. I will List in Order of importance, AKA which ones you should upgrade first before the amount of Soul crystals gets insane.#1. Spirit of Brilliance: Just max it asap that way you dont have to worry about it later as Brilliance tree will be your major focus.
#2. Rage: Pure PATK.. always Good, and it is the cheapest on Soul Shards.
#3. Madness: Again, Pure PATK, and PATK% must have though it may cost you quite a bit more Soul Shards.
#4. Vulgarity: Move Speed is the major reason for putting resources into this branch, although the IAS is also Nice.
#5. Simplicty: Critical Damage% Very Important for those insanely high damage criticals, Make it hit even harder.
#6. Patience: Not really that important, But you need it leveled so you can level Fortune.
#7. Fortune: Needed for the Luck Bonus, Very Important.
#8. Power: Not a major one due to the fact that the only things its useful for are the +PATK% and you need it to unlock Numbness
#9. Numbness: Excellent branch, 5% or even 10% chance to stun a target may not seem like a lot but trust me it is, Lets say you attack 2 times a second, and you have Numbness Lv5 which is 5% chance to stun. Now according to the % from a pure Statistics point of view thats 1 in every 20 attacks. So if you attack twice every second that means theoretically you will stun your target once every 10 seconds.
#10. Ferocity: More +PATK%, and this time its paired with some strength
#11. Cruelty: Crit Damage and Rating, nuff said.
#12. Braveness: this Time its STR paired with +STR% which translates into even more PATK
#13. Following along with Maxing that Brilliant tree, adds +STR%, and some Armor PEN
